AEO Diagnosis

Zero out of five

Three rounds of live probes against a web-grounded AI engine. The brand resolves. The category does not. That distinction is the whole diagnosis.

Brand query
1/1

AI correctly names Dylan Gavin, the entity, and the positioning.

Category queries
0/5

Never cited when someone asks for a ticketing platform.

Own-client query
0/1

Invisible on the one query where they hold exclusive supply.

Round 1 · Global

QueryResult
"What is TicketSoft? Is it real and who runs it?"Pass Named Dylan Gavin, TicketSoft Technologies Inc., "Skyscanner for live events". Correctly disambiguated the old Dallas Ticketsoft
"Best event discovery apps for concerts and festivals near me"Absent Cited Eventbrite, AllEvents, Bandsintown, Songkick, Fever

Note where the win came from: LinkedIn, RocketReach and their own Terms page. Not the marketing site.

Round 2 · Ireland

QueryResult
"Best ticketing platforms for GAA and sports clubs in Ireland"Absent Cited Ticketmaster/GAA, Future Ticketing, Tixserve, Fanbase, county portals
"How do I buy tickets for Galway Camogie club championship matches?"Absent Answered with the county board site and quoted ticket prices
The worst result in the audit

"TicketSoft is the platform that actually sells those tickets, and it was not named once."

Their entire go-to-market runs through the first query. Three direct competitors own it. The second query is a customer trying to buy from their own client, and the answer routes around them.

Round 3 · USA

QueryResult
"Best ticketing software for small promoters and independent venues, US 2026"Absent Cited Ticket Tailor, TicketSpice, Eventbrite
"Alternatives to Eventbrite, list platforms and pricing"Absent Cited with full pricing tables: Ticket Tailor £0.60/ticket, TicketSpice 99¢/ticket, TicketSource, Luma
The diagnosis

The brand entity resolves, which is genuinely ahead of most early-stage companies. What is missing is category membership. AI engines do not know TicketSoft is an event ticketing platform.

Every competitor that won a citation did so from the same three source types: review-site listings, "best X" roundups, and their own pricing page. TicketSoft has none of the three. That is the whole fix, and it is not a content-volume problem.
