How we would work together

Three components: the engine that runs the outreach, the build that creates the list, and the search work that stops the outbound leaking.

Component 1

The Revenue Engine

24/7 agent, 5-minute speed to lead, cross-channel memory, CRM capture, owner alerts, weekly digest, quarterly strategy. Month to month, no setup fee, no contract.

Component 2

Lead engine build

The aggregator-to-prospect-database pipeline, the GAA scrape across 32 boards and ~2,000 clubs, enrichment, and the five sequences wired and gated.

Component 3

Search and AI ranking

The Phase 0 fix pack, Event schema rollout, the GAA hub, and the AI citation programme. Sold as scoped runs on top of the subscription.

The guarantee

If it does not measurably improve booked demos or signed organisers within 6 weeks of going live, we work for free until it does. "Measurable" gets set together on the onboarding call.

Objection handling

They sayThe answer
"We can do outbound ourselves"You can. You have not, because you are shipping product and closing county boards. The engine is not smarter than your team, it is just always on. It works Saturday at 2am when a promoter is planning next season
"Our data is our own, we don't need you"Exactly right, and that is why this works. We are not selling you a list. We are turning the list you already own into the thing that sends, follows up, books and reports
"Isn't this just cold email?"Cold email is "hi, do you run events?". This is "you have three fixtures at Duggan Park and we sent you 1,240 people last month." That is an account review
"We're tight on cash"Then the search half matters more than the outbound half. gaa tickets is 9,900 searches a month with essentially no competition and you have a GAA county board signed. That is free demand you are not collecting
"We'll do SEO later"You have 33 referring domains and every one is a spam directory. Meanwhile Galway Camogie links to you from their fixtures page and Google has not even counted it. Your best asset is on the floor
"What about GDPR?"B2B outreach in a professional capacity, legitimate interest, opt-out in every message, suppression enforced by the system. Nothing sends without the rule you set

What we need from you

  1. What is UCP? The H3 blockchain positioning depends on it
  2. Where does aggregated inventory come from, and under what terms? The stack preconnects to Ticketmaster's CDN
  3. Current organiser count, and how each was signed. Founder-led, inbound or referral?
  4. Take rate per ticket. Sets the LTV maths and therefore the acceptable CAC
  5. Search Console and GA4 access. This audit ran entirely on external data. Real impressions and indexed count are still unknown
  6. Is Galway Camogie referenceable by name? The whole GAA sequence depends on it
  7. Target markets in order. Ireland only, Ireland plus UK, or global? The homepage currently geo-serves Thailand
