The list engine and five sequences

Build the universe once, then let five trigger-driven sequences work it. Everything is draft-hold gated: nothing sends without the rule the founder sets.

Layer 1 · build the universe

SourceWhat it yieldsSegment
Their own aggregator feedEvery organiser, venue and artist, with frequency and next-event timingAll
GAA structure scrape
32 county sites + ~2,000 club sites
Named secretary, PRO, treasurer, email, phone. Nearly all publicA
Eventbrite, Skiddle, Fatsoma, DICE, AllEvents, FB EventsIndependent promoters not yet on the platformC, E, F
Festival calendars + lineupsFestival directors, and reverse lookup to managersD + artist
Bandsintown, Songkick artist pagesArtist plus management contactArtist

LinkedIn Sales NavigatorEvent Manager, Promoter, Festival Director, Head of EventsC, D, G

Output: an enriched, deduped, segment-tagged organiser database with a next-event date on every row. That date is the send trigger.

Why personalisation is fully automatable here

Every variable comes from their own database: event name, venue, date, city, category, artist, view count, current ticketing provider. No "Hi {{firstName}}, I loved your website" filler. Every line is a fact about their next event.

Compliance posture

B2B outreach to organisers in their professional capacity, legitimate interest, opt-out in every message, suppression list enforced by the system. Nothing sends without the rule the founder sets. The sending policy is approved once, and the machine obeys it.
